This model has BT and USB capabilities and provides clear, deep sound for classical music. It has a headphone jack, loop to repeat play, and a nice, deep sound without an annoying constant blue light or clock. It also displays the CD track and total time of the CD, and the radio has fantastic sound. Great purchase!

I purchased this for my 11-year-old son because I didn't want him to have a screen-based device, but still wanted him to have a durable, independent audio option. He enjoys listening to CDs of Adventures in Odyssey from my husband's childhood, and now he can play an episode whenever he wants. I'm also excited to try out some audiobooks from the library that he can listen to on his own. The Bluetooth feature is great because he can also listen to something from my phone.

The sound quality of this boombox is good, but not amazing. If you're looking for awesome sound, you'll have to invest more money in my view. However, for its size, it's not bad.

The antenna works well and I appreciate being able to easily skip to the next song on CDs. It can be left on for long periods without overheating. However, it doesn't replace a traditional stereo system or boom box. The option to use batteries (6 c batteries) makes it convenient as an emergency radio. Additionally, its lightweight and portability are favorable features.

We bought the Riptunes Portable Bluetooth Digital Turner AM/FM CD Player Mega Bass Reflex Stereo Sound System as our second purchase for two different homes after our traditional CD players stopped working. We were able to save our music collection by copying it onto USB drives using the Riptunes' USB port. The sound quality and volume of the Riptunes are good, and it met our needs despite our limited technology skills. I would definitely recommend this product.
