Good quality sound, but needs more volume

I'm very pleased with this compact unit. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. The sound quality is excellent at normal volumes, although I wish it could go a bit louder at max volume. I was initially worried about the lack of equalization controls, but the sound is still good without them. CD and Bluetooth audio both sound great. I decided to purchase an extended warranty due to some reported issues with the CD player breaking down after a year. It was a bit expensive, but I think it's worth it for peace of mind.

I wish there was a light to brighten the screen, that's the main issue for me. Also, I think the volume could be louder. I mainly bought it to listen to books on CD, old CDs, and occasionally the radio. I haven't even used most of the features yet.

I needed a small CD player for my room but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I found this one at a discounted price as an opened box and decided to take a chance. It was delivered promptly and while the bass isn't as deep as I'd like, it's more than adequate for my needs as I listen to classical music softly. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The CD and radio sound quality is good and the unit is easy to use. I don't like that it doesn't turn off unless unplugged and doesn't remember the radio station after being unplugged. The antenna requires frequent adjustments. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit and would recommend it.
