The small size and use of real batteries are great features of this product, but the sound quality is lacking with little to no bass response. It has a nice design and style but could be more accurately labeled as a radio instead of a boom box.

The boombox worked fine when I tested it before taking it with me, but by the end of my 4-hour security shift, nothing was working. I used battery power and didn't drop or throw it, just placed it on the floor or rest between my seats. Everything worked at the beginning of my shift but one by one, the radio, USB, and cassette player stopped working, as if the power was turned off. The radio works at my house now, but nothing else does. I didn't expect much, so I guess that's what I got. It sounded good when it was working, but I do not recommend buying this item. A mono system would be a better choice. It could be used as a paperweight, but I already have a few of those.
