The clock does not have a backup battery for the LED display in case of a power outage, but it still functions properly. It would be beneficial to wire it for a 9 volt battery to keep the time even if the power goes out.

The clock arrived in good condition and has a variety of alarm sounds. The default sound is very loud and effective, but there are also less invasive options available. I wish the clock had a red light instead of a blue one, as the blue light keeps me awake even on the lowest setting. However, it is possible to turn the light off completely.

This clock is very easy to manage and has a display that ranges from super bright to dark. It offers several alarm sounds and allows you to select the volume. You can choose between two alarms and the snooze function works well. Setting up the regular time and alarm is easy, and it is also intuitive to change the time, alarm time, volume, and alarm sound. It would be better if it used two AA batteries instead of three AAA batteries. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend or family member.

This product has been great so far. I recently received my 3rd order of it and it's very easy to set up. I appreciate that it has an external power supply and battery backup, as well as a USB and the ability to choose the alarm sound. I'm using two of them as clocks and they seem to be very precise. I hope they will last a long time!

My husband needed a new alarm clock because his old one had a display that was too bright and was hard to set. He loves the new clock because it was easy to set up, has a dimmable display, a weekend alarm option, and a selection of wake-up sounds. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!
