I purchased this portable white noise generator for travel. It has a built-in battery that lasts through the night and can also be used while charging. The battery lasts about 10 hours. The white noise and fan options are not as pleasant as my Snooz mechanical white noise generator, but it does have nature sounds and lullabies. The noise maker gets reasonably loud, but at maximum volume, I notice some distortion. A better speaker would improve the sound quality. I did not notice any looping in the fan or white noise sounds, but others have reported hearing loops in the nature sounds. The user interface is easy to use, and the unit seems well-built. I intend to continue testing it for travel, but for daily use, I prefer my Snooz.

The nightlight button is hard to see and is a touch button on the light ring. The sounds are better than any noise machine I've heard, with the fan sounds being the only exception. The nature and music sounds are good, and seem to come from the full circumference of the device. The water-related sounds are preferred, and lullabies are liked by babies and dogs.

This item is amazing - it's so convenient and portable. I often use it in the car to soothe my baby during long rides. The night light feature is fantastic, and I love that you can adjust the brightness. Same goes for the volume - you can set it to the perfect level for your baby. The auto shut off timer is also a great feature.

I purchased this for my kids, but I decided to try it out in my room first. I found that it actually helps me sleep better too. I liked it so much that I ended up buying another one for the kids' room. I also love the adjustable light. The only downside is that you have to supply your own wall plug.

This sound machine is portable and easy to take with me, but it's not wireless as I had expected. I ended up buying a smaller, wireless one with much better sound. It's not a bad device, but I think there are better ones available.

Decent for the cost. Wasn't a fan of the white noise sounds, but the kids are okay with it. Requires a USB port for power and does not have a regular wall plug. No battery backup option. Offers a variety of sound options and different light settings.

I purchased this item with the intention of using it as a portable noise machine. While it is a good value for the price, it does not actually work unless it is plugged in. I wish the advertising made this clear, as it is not truly portable as described. However, I do like the light options and it does seem to work well, so I will still use it in my child's room.

This sound machine has a lot of background noise that is disruptive for me due to my sensitivity to out of place noises. Unfortunately, it makes it hard for me to sleep. I gave it three stars because it does have a wide variety of sounds for the price, but I think it would work better for people who are not as sensitive to sound.

The item was great at first, but unfortunately it stopped working after a couple of days. I'm really disappointed that I can't exchange it, especially since it was a gift for a baby shower and the baby wasn't born until 11 March. It's really frustrating.

I was not a fan of this sound machine because it is too large and bulky to be portable. The strap also cannot easily hook onto things, which is a negative for me. However, it does look nice, is good quality, and has decent sounds. The light feature is also very nice. If you don't mind the bulkiness and the strap, it could be a decent sound machine.
