The alarm clock works perfectly. Another reviewer mentioned that the woodgrain appearance is actually a plastic case, but we have no problem with the appearance. The dimmer can adjust the brightness from completely off to very bright by turning a wheel, and the volume control is easily adjustable on the opposite side of the clock. I have the volume set low so it just catches my attention without waking my wife. Setting and changing the alarm times is simple.

This alarm clock is very user-friendly with a simple top for snooze and an alarm off button on the clock face. It automatically resets for the next day and offers a soothing medley of birds chirping as an alternative to the standard beep. I highly recommend buying it!

The most important factor to consider is ease of use. This clock has many features including a USB port, adjustable volume with different sounds, light adjustment, and a blue light that can be easily read from 5+ feet away. It also has an optional military time setting, two alarms, and a snooze alarm. So far, everything is working well.

The clock is well-made for its price, although not the best quality. I was hesitant to give it 3 stars due to the limited and unappealing options for wake up alarm sounds. Out of 5 choices, only one is acceptable. The remaining options are so unpleasant that I wouldn't use them unless I wanted to irritate someone in the room.

The alarm clock is great for waking me up, but the indicator for the alarm being set is too faint. It's the same color as the time and blends in too easily. Other alarm clocks have a nice red dot that stands out better.

I purchased 2 of these clocks after comparing them with others. I kept coming back to this one for a few reasons. Firstly, my husband and I love that you can adjust the brightness of the numbers. Secondly, we appreciate the 5 different alarm tones and the ability to adjust the volume. I chose the siren sound because it's the loudest and I have hearing loss. My husband chose the bird chirp sound at a lower pitch. Lastly, we like that there are 2 alarm settings, which works well for our different schedules. Setting them up was easy and I highly recommend them.

The alarm clock is simple to program and the most user-friendly I've seen in years. It's compact, with easy display intensity adjustment, and includes battery backup for power outages. It has multiple alarms, though only one isn't overly annoying.

I purchased this clock just before Christmas because it has a USB port for charging my tablet. Setting the time was easy, and the display has a dimmer, which was perfect for me. However, the USB port was defective. I contacted customer service via email and they responded within 24 hours as promised. They asked me to try a different cord and device to confirm the defect, which was reasonable. I informed them that it still wasn't working, and within a week, a new clock arrived just after Christmas. I was very impressed with the great customer service. It's rare to find this level of service these days.

We purchased this clock to replace our old alarm clock, and we're really happy with it. The size is perfect and the snooze button is in a convenient spot. It's easy to turn off the alarm and simple to set the alarms. The gentle wake feature is great, and I like that I can adjust the brightness. It's not auto set for daylight savings, but it's so easy to use that it's not a big deal. The battery back up also provides some peace of mind.
