I purchased this item from seller at a discounted price and it works really well for converting old cassettes to mp3s. It's important to note that it records full sides at a time, rather than track by track, which is perfect for converting old family recordings and speeches. The audio quality is dependent on the tape being recorded from. You can also use the machine to record directly to cassettes or to USB using the built-in or external mic. Just be cautious of electronic interference when recording. Overall, it's a great product that works well for transferring old family recordings from tape to digital.

I bought this to convert old demo tapes from my past bands and it worked perfectly for that. It's not good for high fidelity listening and the volume dial is not reliable. It's great for digitizing cassettes though. Happy with my purchase.

This cassette tape recorder is a great way to transfer old tapes to digital format. It's easy to use and produces good sound. The ability to convert old cassettes to MP3 files is a fantastic feature, and it's a great way to preserve old recordings. I used it to back up my father's tapes, and now I can give copies to my kids. It's a great deal at $30 and definitely worth keeping.

I bought the Riptunes Digital Cassette Recorder to transfer old cassette tapes to digital format. I plan to gift copies to family members who are on the recording. The sound quality is good, and the buttons are easy to use. The only issue is that the package was supposed to include an external microphone, but I didn't receive one. I also forgot to order extra flash drives for the transfer process. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and look forward to trying it out with the flash drives.
