We only use the radio in the kitchen, so haven't utilized the alarm function. However, the radio functions well. It's smaller than expected, but this is advantageous as it doesn't occupy much space.

We ordered a new clock and it has a very low hum, but it takes some getting used to. Despite that, it works for what we need it for.
