The player performs well when playing cassettes, maintaining a smooth and consistent speed. However, I'm unable to figure out how to create MP3s despite the advertised capability. Contacting customer support only resulted in receiving the same recording instructions already included in the pamphlet.

The sound quality of the device was terrible and not as good as the ones we bought long ago. The sound was not clear from the beginning and I did not return it because I needed to learn a piece of music. However, the device only lasted less than a day. I would like a refund.
