This is my second one of these speakers and I absolutely love them! Sound profile is very nice. Very balanced between mids, highs, and bass. Has a bass boost function that works well (I am not a bass boost listener but I like this one). The build quality is superb and well constructed. I really like the retro kind of look. Charging was fast via USB-C and battery life is sufficient. I like this product from Riptunes.

This Bookshelf ultra can cover an entire room with its sound. Now if you're looking for loudness this isn't the box for you. It is loud don't get me wrong, but for some who like super loud this won't do. This box gives off rich quality sound. Crystal clear, perfect bass, and performs like a great sound bar. I connected my tablet and enjoyed a movie with this speaker. The box is made of mostly metal front, back, and top. The sides and bottom a nice light-colored wood. It's designed for perfect sound, and that's exactly what you get. The connection to Bluetooth is easy, you can use an SD card, and auxiliary hook up as well. Charges with a type C USB charger wire. Charger box not included. What surprised me as well, there wasn't a remote to the box, considering the price of it. An amazing-sounding box, 5 stars!

I'm pleased with the trend of companies producing indoor Bluetooth speakers that prioritize sound and aesthetics over waterproofing and flashy lights. This Riptunes speaker fits that niche perfectly, offering a 2.1 configuration with true left/right drivers and a built-in subwoofer. Its ability to connect to various external sources via a 3.5mm jack adds to its flexibility. While it sounds good, it falls short of being the best in its price range, especially when compared to separate cabinet speakers. Nonetheless, it fills rooms adequately and comes in colors that blend well with most decor styles. Despite some drawbacks like flabby bass and a narrow soundstage, it's a niche speaker that caters to indoor usage with style.

I've been thoroughly impressed with the performance of this Bluetooth speaker.

I've endured smaller tinny speakers for my laptop for years. Earlier units had a separate bass box and a mess of cords. No more; simple Bluetooth hookup. My 79-year-old ears have endured many rock concerts, and I need a mid-range boost. So when I plugged this unit in, the bass was a fantastic revelation to hear (and feel) once again... but too much bottom is muddy... for me. Young ears will love this. I adjusted the EQ to lower bass a bit, boost the voice bands, and WOW! Now the old feeling was back! This unit has some weight to it, not a plasticky feel. For a small space, the Riptunes delivers!
