The noise-blocking feature works well, but my baby still gets startled and wakes up when the dogs bark.

I purchased this for my kids, but I decided to try it out in my room first. I found that it actually helps me sleep better too. I liked it so much that I ended up buying another one for the kids' room. I also love the adjustable light. The only downside is that you have to supply your own wall plug.

This sound machine is portable and easy to take with me, but it's not wireless as I had expected. I ended up buying a smaller, wireless one with much better sound. It's not a bad device, but I think there are better ones available.

Decent for the cost. Wasn't a fan of the white noise sounds, but the kids are okay with it. Requires a USB port for power and does not have a regular wall plug. No battery backup option. Offers a variety of sound options and different light settings.

I purchased this item with the intention of using it as a portable noise machine. While it is a good value for the price, it does not actually work unless it is plugged in. I wish the advertising made this clear, as it is not truly portable as described. However, I do like the light options and it does seem to work well, so I will still use it in my child's room.
