I bought this item specifically to transfer cassette tapes to thumb drives. The tapes played well and the sound quality was good, but I couldn't successfully copy them to any thumb drive, despite trying multiple ones. The indicator light on the player showed that the copying process was happening, but when I checked the thumb drives afterwards, there was nothing on them at all.
