Sound ceased functioning.

I purchased this item in October 2018 and it had been functioning well until recently when the sound suddenly stopped working. I didn't make any adjustments to the volume or any other settings, and it has been maintained at the same level since I bought it. I am now unable to return it as it is past the return period.

The volume, size, and sound options of this machine are good. It would be better if the sound names were written on the machine instead of using left and right arrows. The sounds will continue to play until you turn off the machine or you can set it to stop after 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours. The night light feature offers soothing color options. Overall, it's neither bad nor great, but it gets the job done and looks appealing. I would feel comfortable giving this item as a gift.

I loved that this sound machine was compact and easy to use with a variety of sound options. I also appreciated that it only required a plug-in and had simple controls for volume, power, time, and sound type. Overall, it was exactly what I expected when I purchased it.

The sound machine stopped working suddenly two days ago. I have checked the cords and other plugs, but there is no sound. The light comes on, but nothing else happens. I would like to return it. Please advise.

I recently moved into a new apartment and was surprised to find that my neighbor is an aspiring musician. Unfortunately, he isn't very talented and compensates by playing loudly, often at times when others are trying to sleep. I had hoped that my sound machine would drown out the noise, but I should have invested in some noise cancelling earplugs instead.

After a few months of using the sound machine, the sound suddenly stopped working, despite the light still coming on. I tried adjusting the volume and switching to different sounds, but nothing worked. After a day of not working, I tried again and it magically started working. I'm not sure why it stopped or started working again.

The sound machine is decent overall, with slightly lower quality than others on the market. The light feature is a nice touch, although not essential for my own use. It would be beneficial for a child's room. The continuous sound playback and stylish design are the standout features.
