The sole alarm clock that rouses my husband

We have found this alarm clock to be the loudest one out there. My husband, who has to get up early, has had trouble finding a clock that can wake him up. However, since we've had this one, he hasn't had any trouble getting up.

I recently had a bad experience with a vibrator-only alarm clock that stopped working after just 2 months. I'm now trying a new one and hoping it will last longer. So far, it's working well and I rely on the vibrator because I'm hearing impaired. The alarm function isn't important to me, but the vibrator works well. I'll see how long this clock lasts.

I am very pleased with my new Riptunes Alert alarm clock. I mainly use the vibrator feature instead of the alarm because it doesn't disturb others. I was worried that it would startle my cat, but the vibration is gentle and does the job without scaring the cat. This clock has been the perfect solution for my hearing problem. The only surprise was that it came in its regular box without a shipping box, but luckily it was in good condition. I think the name Riptunes Bomb on the box might have caused this. Overall, I am very happy with this item!

This alarm is perfect for the really hard-of-hearing, as it is very loud and comes with a bed shaker. However, it is difficult to reset to an earlier time as you have to run through the entire 24-hour cycle. This can be annoying if you have different wake-up times during the week. Also, the bed shaker doesn't work well when placed under a mattress, but it does work under a sheet or pillow.

This product is recommended and liked by me, but to use it effectively, you should put it inside a pillow to avoid it falling against your headboard, which can be very loud. When unplugged, it clears all alarms and time settings, so be mindful of that. Take your time setting it up and note the difference between the snooze and off functions. I personally prefer the vibration over the siren. Also, it doesn't need to be directly under your head.

This alarm has been a lifesaver for me. I've always had trouble waking up, but this alarm is impossible to sleep through. Not only is the noise annoying, but it also has a vibrating feature and a light function. I've learned to place it across the room so I have to get up to turn it off. It's been reliable for over five years and has customizable snooze options. I love this alarm and credit it with helping me show up on time.

I bought this clock for the second time. The last one lasted about 3 years. I'm a heavy sleeper and not a morning person, so it's hard for me to wake up. This clock saved me for my 1st shift job. It's very loud and the lights flash when the alarm goes off. I think my wife has even used the vibrate feature, which explains the fish smell under my pillow. But it still wakes me up! I'm very impressed and will continue buying this clock.

I purchased this alarm clock for my step son who is a very heavy sleeper and has trouble waking up. His previous alarm clock only woke him up for school 40% of the time, so we needed something new. This alarm clock was easy to set up and is loud enough to wake him up without disturbing the rest of the house. Since using this alarm clock, he has woken up for school every morning without my help, even after a restless night. It also keeps accurate time. While I wish it were a bit smaller, it's worth the space on the nightstand for how well it works. I'm grateful to have finally found an alarm clock that can wake up the heavy sleepers in my family, allowing me to sleep in occasionally.

I found this alarm clock to be a great discovery. I have actually slept through a fire alarm before, so I needed something that could wake me up effectively. The vibration feature does the trick. I highly recommend it to others who are hard of hearing. I like that it can wake me without making any sound because I have a roommate with different sleep schedules. My only issue is that the display is very bright at night, even on the lowest setting. It needs a more adjustable range. I've tried using some green-colored plastic wrap to dim the light, but it still needs to be less intense. Also, having the buttons the same color as the case makes it difficult to see them. I've had to paint them with white nail polish so that I can see them clearly.

The shaker pod is very loud if it falls onto a hard surface, sounding like popcorn or fireworks going off. This could be useful if you need a little extra help waking up.
