This item is great.

The item describes a briefcase with slots for sixty cassette tapes, containing music from the sixties and seventies to newer releases. Many of the tapes are worn and cannot be played on modern devices, so it's great to have a way to convert the old music to MP3 format. One favorite cassette was played in an older car and was becoming worn out, but it was revived by converting it to MP3. The cassette player/recorder is still fully functioning and although the sound quality is not audiophile level, it is a useful and inexpensive device. I highly recommend it.

I recently had some old tapes from my late mother that I wanted to convert to digital. The quality from the cassette was not great, but after transferring it to my computer, I was able to improve some of the background noises. Overall, I'm satisfied with the results. If you're looking for professional quality, you might want to consider other options. But if you just need to digitize some tapes, this service works well.

I am really enjoying using this Riptunes cassette player for listening to my personal recordings and old tape collection. It is lighter weight than my previous model but works well and is a great value.

I was so relieved to have my cassettes backed up on CD's and my laptop. I had forgotten about them for years, but when I rearranged the furniture, I found them. I had to save them because they contained precious memories of my children when they were little. The cassette player recorder worked and sounded great, and I was so happy to listen to the tapes again. In fact, I've even started recording my grandchildren with it. I'm really grateful for this player recorder.

I am uncertain about how the multiple transfers to a thumb drive will be labeled digitally. It is beneficial to have a speaker system.
