The product is acceptable for the price. I appreciate that it doesn't have a lithium battery, so I can leave it plugged in the garage without worrying about damaging the battery. It's not as large as it appeared in the ad picture, which is my own oversight for not paying closer attention to the dimensions. I do wish it was louder, but I understand that you get what you pay for.

The quality of recording to cassette on this boombox is disappointing. While the sound quality for playing radio and Bluetooth is fine, the recording to tape is subpar. I had higher expectations for this product, especially considering the price. I purchased a boombox from Goodwill for $15 that had better sound quality when recording to cassette. It's unclear what went wrong with this product or where corners were cut.

I am disappointed with the cassette player because it keeps shutting off while I am using it. When I push play again, it only stays on for a few minutes before shutting off again. It's frustrating that I purchased it for the cassette deck and it doesn't work properly.

The tape player in this radio runs too fast. My old Joshua Tree tape sounds like chipmunks when played on it.

The Bluetooth function worked well, but the tape player had some issues. It seemed like something was causing it to stall during rewind or play, leading to the tapes getting tangled around the cylinder.

We initially enjoyed our boom box, using it daily. However, after about 6 months, the speakers stopped producing sound, even though the unit itself appears to still be functional. The lack of available customer service is disappointing and makes resolving the issue difficult.

Upon receiving my package, I was disappointed to discover that the speaker on the right side of the radio was loose. Whenever I pick up and move the radio, the speaker rattles, which is really disappointing.

I initially bought five of these tape recorders in June 2021 to convert my cassette tapes to digital. They worked well at first, with good sound and record quality. However, after about a year, they all started having the same issues, despite varying usage. The cassette players now distort the sound when playing tapes, and they no longer auto-stop when the tape ends. When recording to USB, the voices are distorted and some recordings have feedback. I'm disappointed that they didn't last longer and that the company doesn't stand behind their product. I wouldn't recommend these for heavy use, and I regret not buying the extended warranty.

I was hopeful for this radio, but it turned out to be disappointing. It consistently eats cassette tapes and has difficulty playing music from flash drives or memory cards. The limited functionality makes it difficult to navigate between playlists or songs. The AM-FM radio and short wave channels are the only reliable features. Next time, I'll invest in a higher quality machine. Even the buttons appear cheap. The only redeeming quality is the decent Bluetooth functionality, but I already have a Bluetooth boom box.
