I was impressed with the quality and volume of this Radio/cassette player. I didn't get to try recording songs on a tape, but the cassette quality was very good. It can be powered with d batteries or a wall plug in. The only downside is the squeaky sound of the cassette buttons, but it's not a major issue.

I bought this item to convert tapes to digital music. It only rates a 3 because it captures music in .wav format, but if the tape plays to the end and auto-stops, whatever was captured is lost. It requires you to stop the process before the tape auto-stops.

I recently had a problem with my Boombox Radio. After inserting a tape and pressing Play, the sound was garbled and it damaged my tape. I tried to stop it, but the buttons were stuck. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have not received a response. I advise caution to potential buyers.

The sound quality of this product is not the best, but it works well for outdoor activities like going to the beach or having a picnic. I mostly use a headset when I'm indoors. I bought it primarily to transfer my cassettes to MP3 files using USB sticks, and then transferring the files to my phone, which has better sound quality. Overall, it serves my purposes and was worth the money. However, it does consume a lot of batteries, so it's best to use the Accessibility adapter instead.

This product has a retro feel and is perfect for nostalgic music lovers. I didn't use the SD slot, but I did try recording from Bluetooth and the result was disappointing. The sound quality was poor, like listening to music in a rainstorm. I wouldn't recommend using this for recording. However, the Bluetooth feature is good and the tape player works well. The radio reception is decent, but the tuner isn't very accurate for finding stations. The bass and treble controls are adequate, and the equalizer helps reduce hiss from tapes. It's great for playing older Dolby cassettes, and the sound quality is better than expected for the price. Don't expect surround sound, but it's a good value for $40. It's a great choice for those who can find cassette tapes at thrift stores and makes a nice nostalgic gift. Overall, it's a fun item for those who enjoy a trip down memory lane.
