The reception on the boom box was very poor even with the antenna raised. It may have been due to my location. I can only speak for myself, but it might work better for you. If not, you can return it. I bought it for a friend who ultimately decided to keep it to listen to CDs. Good luck if you decide to buy it.

I absolutely adored the CD player. It's ultra-lightweight and comes with a perfect remote control. The Bluetooth compatibility and loud sound are also impressive. The lights blinking in sync with the music is a beautiful touch. However, I had trouble setting the radio stations due to the annoying digital scan feature that wouldn't stop or set.

The delivery person left the product within reach of the dogs, and my family didn't notice when it arrived. The dogs outside destroyed the remote control and the cable. Now my dogs are outside of my house.

I purchased this CD player specifically to use the SD card for storing music. However, I found it to be less user-friendly than I hoped. The small screen only displays the song number on the card and the remote only allows for skipping to different albums without displaying the album names, just the numbers. Additionally, the albums loaded on the SD card are not in alphabetical order, which would have been more convenient.
