This item would have been great for my granddaughter's 6th birthday, but unfortunately it didn't come with a power cord. I contacted the company to have the part mailed, but they were unable to do so. However, I did receive a credit for it. Although she can still use it with batteries, it's disappointing. I attempted to order a replacement, but it was out of stock.

The initial CD player we received was defective and would not play any CDs, even though the box was undamaged. After reaching out to them, we were sent a replacement which works well.
