The plastic is not very durable, but it can play CDs once you understand how to use it. It is portable, making it useful for emergencies or trips, and it is lightweight.

The boom box is small and looks nice. At first, I couldn't get cassettes to play, but eventually I figured it out and it works well. I rated 3 for sound because I don't like loud music. The price was good at first, but with additional fees, it wasn't as good.

I purchased this item to listen to my CD's and cassettes, but I haven't tried that yet. I did test the radio function and was surprised to find that there is no screen or slide bar to show the radio channel - it's pretty disappointing.
