I am a fan of this item, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't hold a charge. I have to keep it on the charger at all times while using it. Initially, I thought it might be a one-time issue since I've only had it for a few days, but even after leaving it on the charger overnight, it still wasn't fully charged. It's possible that this issue is specific to my device, but if anyone else has encountered this problem, I would appreciate any advice on how to address it.

This is my first time writing a review and unfortunately, it's not a positive one. When I received the product and tried to set it up, I had difficulty getting it to turn on and connect to Bluetooth. After finally getting it to work, it suddenly shut off in the middle of the night while playing music in the nursery. I tried turning it back on and reconnecting to my phone, but it would only play music for about a minute before shutting off again. It's been consistently doing this ever since. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this product and will be returning it.
