    This alarm clock was the perfect fit for my twin's room. It's the right size and the color is exactly what I wanted. It has held up well against the rough treatment of two 8 year old boys, who have dropped it a couple of times, and it's still functioning perfectly. The alarm goes off reliably every morning.

    The customer service for this alarm clock is excellent. They reached out to me and followed up when I didn't respond to their email. I was given the option for a replacement or full refund, and I chose the refund. The clock had a plug issue, but my kids really liked it. The charger broke after 6 weeks, and now the battery backup feature makes it difficult to see the time without pushing a button. It's been 2 weeks and the rechargeable batteries are still working, but overall, it's less than ideal. I can't easily return it because I live abroad.
