The piano is properly tuned, much to my surprise. The power cord doesn't work, but we don't plan to use it anyway. The company offered to replace it, but I declined as it would be a waste since we don't plan to use it in just one place and the batteries work well. The piano has more tones than needed, but it doesn't have unnecessary features like the $100 portable toys. We will use it for vocal practice and it even plays chords, which is impressive.

The piano arrived quickly and was packaged in a sturdy box for storage. However, there were no instructions included, so initially I thought it didn't work until I found the on switch 5 minutes later. The sound is decent enough for my daughter to practice her beginner piano lessons while traveling, but the keys are a little smaller than normal. Additionally, when using it in the car, you'll need to put something under the piano to keep it sturdy (I used a strip of cardboard from the seller box).

I purchased the rainbow colored keyboard version for my 4 year old as a Christmas gift. However, I ended up enjoying it myself and even started teaching myself how to play using the Simply Piano app. My 93 year old grandma with dementia also loved it so much that we bought a second one for her. It's always sitting out in front of her at the nursing home. The battery has not needed to be replaced in the past 5 months, and it's lightweight and easy for my grandma to operate. I highly recommend it for its great quality.

The product has very good quality. Like all pianos of this style, it lacks key sensitivity, but it's a good option to start with. It's practical, easy to transport, and has a lot of functions. It has been a good companion for both my 7-year-old daughter and myself, who is approaching 50, in our initial learning with the piano. Some keys may emit two sounds if not pressed properly, but once you adapt to it, you can practice lessons and classes peacefully. With its midi connection, it's a good option for using audio programs and VST that emulate real pianos, which enhances the learning process. I recommend it for beginners, as you get good value for the cost. If you want better quality or something similar to a real instrument, you should consider higher cost options. I personally give my purchase 4 stars.

I bought this piano for my grandson, who is a voice major in college. The college doesn't always have enough pianos for all the students to practice on, so it seemed like a good idea at the time. It's easy to roll up and put in a backpack, which is perfect for him.

He started using it in late January when the Spring Semester started and initially it worked well and he was happy with it. However, a few weeks later he started having problems with several of the keys not working properly, making the piano useless. He thinks the problem is partly due to the size of his fingers, as he is a big guy.

Although the return date was January 31, 2020, I am asking to return the piano so we can get him something more appropriate. I did purchase the warranty. Thank you!

The sound quality of this piano is not as good as more expensive instruments, but it is sufficient for making music and practicing. All of the keys work well, but it is not touch sensitive and does not send MIDI velocity data. However, I was still able to play 3-note chords on it. It is easy to roll up and transport, making it convenient. I purchased this for my toddler grandson and it looks like he will have a lot of fun with it.

It has a greater range of notes than other products, but there are some responsiveness issues, especially when multiple keys are pressed at the same time. The raised silicone keys have a slight give and there are only 8 different tones, with only 2 sounding similar. The demo mode can play 6 different songs, but you cannot play along at the same time. It can be powered by 3 AAA batteries for mobility, but the battery life may be short. There is also a risk of receiving a small shock when handling the device. The company seems to have a problem with quality control. I was initially impressed with the concept and ordered the product twice. The first time, the sound quality was great but the charging cord couldn't connect due to a faulty port. The replacement had a usable port but the sound was distorted and unacceptable. I considered returning it again but didn't want to risk a third attempt. There is potential for the product if the company improves their quality control. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this piano. It plays chords and has a variety of great features. The first one I received had a faulty a/c adapter, but the return and reorder process was hassle-free.

This keyboard is great. It's easy to store because it rolls up and the keys are soft and easy to press. Even my 4 month old can play with it. It's also easy to clean if it gets drooled on. The key range is broad and it's good for most musical selections. The only downside is that you can't blend or sustain notes, but it's not a big issue for me. Overall, I think it's a great addition to any musician's home or for those with children.

My son absolutely adores this toy piano. It is very well constructed and I appreciate the headphone option. The sound quality is excellent and it doesn't feel cheap and plastic like other toy pianos. He has been playing with it every morning since we got it a week ago. The only thing I don't like is that the power button is linked to the volume control, but that's just my personal preference. Other than that, I have nothing but positive things to say about this product.

I am happy with this toy. It plays six demo songs for my baby to enjoy and learn how to play. The quality surprised me and I appreciate the high technology. Am I an old mom? Haha.

I purchased this keyboard because I thought it would be a space-saving option, but it's not very convenient to store. Even though the keyboard rolls up, the cord and plug don't, and there's no storage bag included. It's also frustrating that it can only be used when plugged in, as it doesn't work with batteries. The cord is not long enough, making it difficult to find a suitable setup location. Additionally, the volume serves as the on/off switch, and it's unclear which direction is which. I wish I had bought a simple keyboard for my kid instead, and I'm disappointed that I missed the return window. Now we're stuck with it.

This might be a good assumption assuming it was accompanied by a music box playing several tunes.

The product would make a wonderful gift, but I was disappointed that it did not come with a music box. The kids have been making up their own songs to play with it, but it would be greatly improved if I could purchase a music book to go with it.

The keys on this keyboard are too small for an adult to comfortably play. They are also sensitive to touch, causing unintended sounds. However, I did appreciate that it comes with a sustain pedal and is convenient to pack and carry.

The piano needs some maintenance. When playing, extra keys become active without being played. I thought it would be a fun way to play Christmas carols during the holidays, but it turned out to be a bad mistake.
