I purchased this clock for a guest room because it had a built-in cell phone charger. However, a guest found that it didn't have enough power to charge their phone, so that feature is not useful. I do like the dimming wheel for the light, but ultimately it's just an alarm clock.

I have three of these digital clocks and they work really well for me. They're easy to set up and have a dimmer for the light. If you use them as an alarm, there's a volume dial. Just remember to turn off the pre-set alarm so you don't get woken up unexpectedly.

The button to turn the alarm on and off is located on the back side, so it may take a little while to get used to finding it in the morning. However, it only took me two days to get used to it. I was frustrated with the complicated methods and codes needed to reset my old clock, so I ended up throwing it away. I found a new one with a simple set button and up and down arrows, which I really like. Plus, being able to dim the display is an important feature for me.

I purchased this clock just before Christmas because it has a USB port for charging my tablet. Setting the time was easy, and the display has a dimmer, which was perfect for me. However, the USB port was defective. I contacted customer service via email and they responded within 24 hours as promised. They asked me to try a different cord and device to confirm the defect, which was reasonable. I informed them that it still wasn't working, and within a week, a new clock arrived just after Christmas. I was very impressed with the great customer service. It's rare to find this level of service these days.
