The volume is loud enough for listening in the same room and the sound output is clear. The nightlight is bright and vivid, and you can set it to white for use as a bedside lamp. When I received the product and tried to set it up, I had difficulty getting it to turn on and connect to Bluetooth. After finally getting it to work, it suddenly shut off in the middle of the night while playing music in the nursery. I tried turning it back on and reconnecting to my phone, but it would only play music for about a minute before shutting off again. It's been consistently doing this ever since. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this product and will be returning it. -
